Season Information:

Location: CoolSports Knoxville
Address: 110 South Watt Road, Knoxville, TN 37934
Dates: Begins December 7th through February 17th
Weekends off: December 23/24 and January 20/21

Championship Weekend: February 15th-18th
Points accumulated throughout the season. Top two teams per group in the championship game; others in consolation games.

Groups:

High School:

Boys: Thursdays, 7pm-10pm – 6 teams
Girls: Fridays, 7pm-10pm – 6 teams (Subject to change based on interest)

Age Group:
2008-2005 (mixed teams allowed)

Middle School:

Saturdays 4:30PM-10:30PM and Sundays 9AM-1PM

Age Groups:
2012 and 2011 (10 teams, mixed years)
2010 and 2009 (10 teams, mixed years)

Rules:

Full rules will be emailed to each registrant.

Waiver:

Waiver to be emailed to each registrant. Must be signed by Coach and all player/parent/guardians. Return completed waivers to Phil or Becky Clendenin before the team’s first game.

Teams:

• 7v7 format (including goalie)
• Minimum of 5 players (less than 5 results in forfeit)
• Recommended max of 16 players per team
• League provides referees and size 5 game balls

• Each team requires a coach (not provided by league)
• Teams to wear matching or one color jerseys (goalies in distinct color)

Registration Fees:

$900 per team (Limited space, first come first serve)
$50 downpayment required through PlayPass to reserve team spot
Remaining fee via Venmo: @becky-clendenin (Include team birth years/Name in comments) | Additional payment options: CashApp, PayPal, or cash (by request)

Fees due by December 4th (Non-payment by first game results in forfeit)
PlayPass used for scheduling and point system for the tournament.
